If Roger Clemens ever wanted to clear his name in the court of public opinion, the producer of a new Fox reality TV show may be able to help him.
According to the New York Daily News:
If Howard Schultz, executive producer of Fox's controversial new reality show "The Moment of Truth" had his way, Roger Clemens and Sen. Larry Craig would be the first two contestants.
"We're reaching out to them right now to see if they will do it," Schultz told reporters on a conference call yesterday. "This is something that can vindicate many people."
"The Moment of Truth," hosted by Mark Walberg, pits participants against a polygraph. The contestants must truthfully answer 21 questions about themselves to win the grand prize of $500,000. One lie and they're done.
Oh, and their friends, family, and a national audience of millions will be watching. The show premieres Jan. 23 at 9 p.m.
Well Roger. Here's your shot. If your telling the truth, there may even be some money in it for ya!!!
